2. Service Description

Viatica is a portfolio rebalancing alert service for passive investors. Our service provides:

• Daily portfolio drift monitoring
• Email alerts when rebalancing is needed
• Contribution reminders on your schedule
• Optional brokerage integration for portfolio syncing

Viatica does not execute trades on your behalf. All investment decisions and trade executions are made solely by you.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Viatica, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your account and portfolio
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Understand that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions

4. Disclaimers

Not Financial Advice: Viatica provides informational alerts and calculations only. Nothing on this service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

No Guarantees: Past performance data, including backtests, does not guarantee future results. Leveraged ETFs carry significant risks including the potential for substantial losses.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Alerts may be delayed due to technical issues beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viatica and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. This includes any losses arising from investment decisions made based on information provided by our service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Viatica offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Viatica after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
